Serving the Greater Boston and South Shore community through functional training and nutrition education. I work with clients in person at a private women’s health club in Milton, offer private in-home training , and provide virtual sessions for those who want consistent coaching with more flexibility.

 

My approach is grounded in movement quality, strength, and sustainable habits; built to empower you to enhance overall health, train with purpose, and stay supported in the midst of a busy Boston lifestyle.

Mission

Whole Circle Wellness in Boston is built for the pace & energy of city life; more specifically for those who want to feel strong, capable, and balanced within it.

 

My mission is to deliver coaching that improves movement quality, builds real strength, and supports long-term wellness for women, men and our youth.

 

Through training at a private women’s health club and private in-home sessions, I create a personalized experience that meets each client where they are and progress with intention & consistency.

​

I also work with youth athletes and local sport teams, providing performance-based training that builds strength, confidence, and proper movement patterns to support both development and long-term injury prevention.

Vision

The vision for Whole Circle Wellness in Boston is to be a trusted training community known for grounded coaching, strong foundations, and results that translate beyond the gym.

 

I want Whole Circle to support Boston locals of all ages and fitness levels with a balanced approach to strength, mobility, endurance, and sustainable habits, so training becomes a lifestyle, not a phase.
