Created to support mind, body, and soul. Whole Circle Wellness is elevating physical well-being while cultivating emotional resilience and mindful habits. Our intentional training philosophy centers on mobility, functional strength, and nutrition education.
Competing as a collegiate athlete laid the foundation for my training approach. Woven into every program are functional movements that carry over far beyond our session. From injury prevention to quality of life; the foundation of mobility is set in place first, strengthening and athletic performance follows. Coaching has further shaped my commitment to mentorship and sustainable performance.
I have continued my athletic pursuits with new teams, completing five marathons (2x Boston, New York City, Chicago, and Lisbon) raising funds for charitable organizations, including Tommy’s Place, Boston Children’s Hospital, Girls on the Run, and Team MEB.
Whole Circle Wellness prides itself on fostering a supportive space where clients are seen and encouraged. Most importantly, clients are met where they are at, creating a safe space to organically evolve. Our focus on movement quality and foundational strength is a proven path to a stronger, more fulfilling life.
Outside of coaching, you’ll find me creating art, swimming, collecting shells, enjoying CrossFit, practicing yoga or taking long walks with friends...the list goes on. My moments of creativity and connection are a reminder that wellness is truly full-circle.
